We can only set a new standard for rental communities by challenging ourselves to understand the industry and culture. What do the data and trends tell us? And as leaders in the space, how can we use that knowledge to guide us?
As a subsidiary of GTIS Partners, we conduct macro research into what drives value and creates returns. With that, we’ve built an in-depth understanding of the rental market and the necessary changes that will improve it.
One integral insight is that each market is unique and calls for an equally bespoke approach. By evaluating each location, we are able to remain agile, adjusting the design, programming, and amenities of each community to fit the needs of the residents.
Shaping communities is our pride and passion. Research informs every detail from on-site management to custom paint colors and reminds our residents that they aren’t just renting a home, they belong to a community.
Our Commitment to ESG
Part of shaping places is ensuring they last. We take our ESG efforts seriously, utilizing design and product construction to deliver sustainable solutions from energy and water efficiency to smart home technology.
Some examples of this include our Tavalo at Cadence community. By using HercuWall, a panelized wall system comprised of concrete, steel, and EPS, energy costs are reduced by 20 to 40%. Another example is our under-construction community in Tampa, which will make use of recycled water for irrigation, saving 1 million gallons of potable water every year.
We are also deeply committed to the social well-being of our residents. The heart of our communities exists beyond the home. It’s in the barbecues, playgrounds, dog parks, and trails. It’s in every moment that transforms residents into neighbors and neighbors into community members.
